Rob worked with us for over a 1 year to try and find the perfect house. He never hesitated to go see potential homes early in the day, late at night or on weekends. He was very knowledgeable about the area and very knowledgeable about homes in general (Plumbing, electrical, layout/design etc). Rob acts quickly to disseminate new listings, the house we ended up buying listed on a Thursday night, we looked at it on Friday and Rob closed a deal on Saturday morning. This was after multiple offers and being asked to submit out offer several hours earlier than had been planned. He was honest, straightforward and very professional. We brought our 2 young children along for most of viewings we went to, and Rob was excellent with them and even got them Christmas presents this year. In addition to quickly closing on our purchase Rob was able to direct us in staging our old house. It was listed on a Monday and Rob had us reviewing multiple offers on the Wednesday. Rob reviewed all the offers with us and gave us excellent advice and guidance on selecting the best offer for us.
