I've been trying to buy an investment property in Hamilton for over a year and kept getting outbid. A friend put me in touch with Robert Kasowski and honestly it was a different experience from the start. He brought me to a property on Campbell Ave that wasn't even listed yet, so no bidding war, no games. The thing I appreciated most is that Rob actually knows construction. We walked through the house together and he pointed out stuff I would have completely missed, told me what was solid and what would need work down the road, and roughly what it would cost to fix. I felt like I knew exactly what I was buying. He also knows Hamilton really well. He knew the street, and what similar houses had sold for, so I knew I was getting a great deal.
