you get what you pay for. i used an agent when we sold our first property and his prices were dirt cheap but also did nothing. i never even once heard back from him. called rohit from his online ads and he charged basically the same and did 10 times more. i wish we would've called him sooner. sold so many homes through other clowns. he's not pushy either. he lets you make the decision. i hate that his office was in surrey but he actually came to us with the papers. im gonna tell all my friends about this guy. we are all builders and what can use someone like him

my husband and i were new to bc. called rohit after hearing about how he sold my sister's house. he is amazing. when you meet him you are blown away by his professionalism. i am in sales too, i sell life insurance. he showed us exactly what we were looking for not everything on the market. he never once forced us to buy and he never followed us around either. we bought our dream house and he even paid our home inspection! he's also really cute too

his fees are pretty reasonable considering the amount of work he does for you. we paid a guy twice the amount for doing nothing. total bullshit. rohit always picks up his phone and he's always on time. shirt and tie guy. i like that. you gotta use this agent - he knows what he is talking about.

he is such a young guy who talks like a man. my son is around his age and can't even wake up in the morning to go to work on time. this guy is in the office every day. he called and made sure good people were coming to see the house and followed up with them after. nice guy too. you can ask him anything and he won't get upset. my wife was full of questions and rohit took the time to answer each and every one. he doesn't judge either. we were pretty broke about to go foreclosure. god bless this kid

Rohit changed things around for me. I fuckin hate realtors. they are sleezy, scum bag assholes who only want to take your money. Rohit called me and I was trying to sell my house by myself. he showed me value and benefits of selling with an agent. i wasn't convinced so i went to the net. he advertises everywhere. totally does what he says. we listed and he sold my house under 2 weeks. and we had it on the market for 4 months by owner. totally changed my view

he saved us from going bankrupt. sold my dad's grocery store in time. what a life saver. plus he paid for his legal fees. such a good guy. knows alot about religion too.

We were buying a lot and this guy went to city hall for us. i hear that most agents do that but he took care of everything for us. all we had to do was just sign. i think he lifts weights too. he's pretty jacked

ROHIT IS GREAT! So nice and a true gentleman. We had no idea what we were doing. Our previous realtor totally screwed us. said he would do this and that but didn't do shit! We called rohit from an ad, and he was here on time. also explained things very clearly. plus he has a kick back too. make sure you ask for that. free $$$

We had an estate deal that was going sour with out previous agent. Called Rohit and he took care of everything with the lawyers plus after the deal he gave us money back too. stand up dude
