They found Ron and he was able to get it done in a very short time so we gave Ron a shot and said if you can get our house sold, we want to buy a home as well with you! Well, Ron came through with flying colors! He KNEW the market so well...and he knew one of the best niches to sell our small, starter home was to an investor, who he just happened to know several; we sold, we bought, we'll refer again and again! Ron's service was incredible while we were selling our house. After a disappointing experience with another agent, we were recommended to call Ron from a friend of ours who is a home builder. Ron sat with us and gave us a "no bull" discussion about what we were attempting to do with our house. We understood that our house was unique and that we would have challenges during the sales process. However, Ron's marketing plan for our house worked and we had a lot more traffic than we had with our former agent.
