I’ve since seen other realtors posting all over Facebook, looking for property for their clients. You won’t get that with Ron. Ron told us the photographer would be showing up at 12noon, so we planned to be ready for then. But they showed up at 10am, and told us if we weren’t ready they could come back 3-4 days later. Since we had already hired someone to stage our house we didn’t want to put off having the photos done. We told Ron about this and he shrugged it off and acted surprised but didn’t seem to care. We were never asked when people could view our house, he just told us when he made the appointments. Nice enough, but very passive and it felt like all the work remained in our lap. Human moderators check each review manually. If they detect red flags, they investigate further.

We use proprietary forensic tools to detect fake or manipulated reviews. Evidence is collected to meet legal standards for court use.

How do addresses work?
Addresses determine your ranking in each city or neighbourhood.
You only get to rank in a city or neighbourhood that you have a rating in.
Why do I need to edit addresses?
Occasionally clients will leave you a rating with the wrong address, or with the neighbourhood missing. To correct such problems and present your track record more accurately, we give you the ability to edit the address for all your ratings.
Will addresses be displayed on the rating?
No, ratings will only display the neighbourhood and city of each rating. We do store the street address associated with each rating. This data is kept private and may be used to verify transactions.
