A year ago we approached Ryan about looking for and locating a possible cottage and or investment property for our family. The one we looked at was in our price range but just a little to much work and further investigation through Ryan some issues with the property. So we passed but we still occasionally touch base for future possibilities. More us being picky not Ryan he has done an amazing job keeping his eyes open for us.
