Ryan is a terrific agent. He is there for you every step of the way. He was quick to make solid recommendations on if the property I was looking at met my needs and would be good for me in the long term. He is very prompt at getting back to you and will answer all your questions. I always felt like Ryan had my best interests in mind and would tell me honestly if he thought I should put an offer in and what that offer should be. Both times I purchases using Ryan I ended up saving money by listening to his advise.I have just recently purchased another property, again Ryan was terrific throughout the entire process, I really believe if Ryan had not been my agent I would not have got this hidden gem nor would I have gotten it at such a good price.
