I was referred to Ryan Hicke by my Mortgage Specialist, when selecting a realtor everyone you know has someone they want to suggest, I avoided that timely route by going with a suggestion that came outside my friend circle. I couldn't have been happier with Ryan, I had found a couple properties to view and I gave Ryan a call to see when we could set them up, at this point we hadn't met yet, and with next to no notice he set up viewing for later that night, long after a typical work day would end, and he came prepared with very thorough documentation for both properties, I was very impressed. As I leaned on Ryan for advice and knowledge that I didn't yet have, he had many opportunities to push me towards putting in an offer on different properties and making a quick transaction. But because he took the time to get to know me and what would be best for my future, he actually convinced me out of making certain purchases that didn't meet my best interests.
