We worked with Sanaz to purchase our condo in the Coquitlam area. Do to our circumstances we were unable to view the property ourselves. Sanaz graciously offered to video call us in and even took a detailed video of the condo, the surroundings, and the neighbourhood for us. She was very accommodating and honest throughout the process. Sanaz was readily available for call or to attend to a showing. As pet owners we wanted to have a large outdoor space and a ground floor unit. Sanaz was able to find us a place which checked all of our boxes very quickly. She has great negotiating skills which meant we did not pay over asking! We really recommend her. - Mehrdad
