The owner of Centennial Real Estate I personally have mixed feelings about her. Definately more personable and I would mpst likey use her in the future however, as for managing her employees ( Julie Sokack, Clay Mendelson & many more) she is not good. She is pleasant but really needs tp step up her professionalism. When ot comes to owning a real estate company LLC and having several employees you need to make sure they are doing their job correctly and accurately . If theyre not you either need to give them some disciplinary action of terminate employment. Their actions reflect on you and ypur company as a whole. If your real estate agent works for Sandra and you are having problems I wpuld suggest taking it a step further and contacting the brooker to discuss further action. You cant allow these people to walk all over you!
