Sarah is an amazing Buyer agent in my experience, I was personally buying from Ontario and I contacted another agent by email in her office and was passed on to her to respond to my email. I was looking at the lower end of the market and Sarah did a video tour of the property I was interested in. The video tour was amazing as she pointed to the problems that she saw in the house not glossing over the little things just to get a sale. She is very picky to point out so when you show up it is not a surprise, the house that we finally ended up with had issues but ones I was willing to accept as I am very handy. Sarah went above and beyond my expectations and would highly recommend her to anyone! I did finally met her on one trip out there to see some property with her and it was fantastic to meet such a wonderful person that I would call a friendly outgoing person.
