I used Mr. Mavi's services thrice. Each time the same friendly and helpful experience. Two house bought, one of them sold. Lovely man. Always positive and encouraging. His plus that I found very useful was the ability to get reno works done at a low cost and quick quality worksmanship. We actually ended up remodelling an entire basement and it worked out very well. I saw some negative comment in the reviews and felt I must share my positive experience too. I wonder why someone had a negative exp with him. But thats life. He's a real scam. He would hurl at you like a pig. He would go at all ends to complete a transaction just for his own benefit. Once the transaction is done, he would recommend persons who would do the renovation work to earn his commission. Stay Away - Sameen

He represented the buyers on our house, when we sold. He has listed the property 2x since we sold it and has used our real estate photos of our first floor from when we listed our home for sale. It's fraud, and against the code of conduct. We have reported him to the board - G

He is a dangerous swindler. He only promises but doesn't act. After making a deal he would not be responsible for what had promised before. He mostly looking for new comers to decieve them because of lack of their information. - Kourosh

Didn't learn my lesson the fist time. Ended up buying with him as well. Literally, says anything to make a sale happen. Promises the world and delivers nothing. Haven't seen anyone who is as big a con than this guy is. - John
