Property Purchase in Brampton, ON
We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Saurabh Sethi. We were first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. We met with a couple of realtors before Saurabh, but we knew instantly that he was the one for us. He is honest and hands-on. From day 1, Saurabh was extremely responsive and had great suggestions for homes to view based on what we were looking for We never felt forced to make an offer and when we finally found the "one" and ended up in a bidding war, Saurabh walked us through every step of the negotiations. We were impressed with his professionalism and his genuine interest in assuring we were satisfied with our final decision on our new place. The best part is that we now have a new friend - a friendship that will continue to grow! - Zahid Khan
I have had a great experience with Saurabh. He has literally walked over the pros and cons of each property we saw. Never ever pressurized us in signing any contract with him or closing a deal. For him it was the satisfaction of we finding the right house. Anyhooo, After weeks of thorough research - when we finalized an area - the guy started scouring the neighborhood to find us the house of our dreams. Super duper genuine guy. Would love to work with him again. Loaded with unbeatable knowledge. Great at what he does.. 5 Stars and beyond !!! - Faraz S
