I have worked with Scott on at least six transactions since 2015, buying and selling. Scott has been an asset in finding properties that I can rent, make my home, or use as an investment. While looking for something to live in, he has been incredibly knowledgeable and honest with his input when I ask. He takes time to point out not only the benefits of the property, but also the shortcomings. When looking at investments, he takes my goals into consideration, advises me on the best course of action, and makes suggestion on how a property may be able to be used as is, or modified to suit a more long term investment option.
