We are a young family moving to Winnipeg from Thunder Bay. We really liked the area close to University of Manitoba where I now work. We found a home that was in our budget as we were just looking at what was available, and were referred to Serge Felix through the Remax site. At first we were really excited about the move and the opportunities for a better future in Winnipeg, but it all starts with finding a place to call home. Dealing with Serge in the beginning was very good, but after the initial contact it seemed impossible to get any response. Serge came across as very friendly, professional and experienced. We made an appointment to view a specific home, but Serge never showed up for our appointment. We waited 2 hours with no response. We called the next day and only received voicemail. It wasn't until Tuesday of the next week that Serge responded to us, claiming that he was really busy with a large deal with an important client. We're working professionals as well and we understand the hierarchy of importance, but to leave us waiting was far from professional. What began was an exciting process has turned into utter disappointment. I sent a complaint to Remax but was told that I must contact the local office directly as they are all independent. I will not recommend Serge or Remax, and I am still looking for a suitable home in this wonderful city. - Francine Dubois

Because of him, I wasted half of my summer in hopes of buying a new built home. Very poor communicator- doesn't reply to texts in a reasonable time. He never responded to a text I sent 8 months ago about the status of the house I wanted to buy. Turns out he didn't know the property very well- his info contradicted the builder. He set up meetings with the builder on a house that was already off the market. When asked if the house was already sold, he lied and assured me that the house was reserved for me. Then he said that he will try to get the builder to change their mind and sell the house to me. He seemed to be busy and distracted with more important clients. No thanks! - Ana

Fantastic real estate agent here in Winnipeg, MB. Knows the market like the back of his hand. We were a bit scared to work with Serge because of who is old partner used to be; Jon Blumberg. Jon is a very dishonest agent in the city who has lost his license on several occasions. After meeting with Serge it was clear that we were going to utilize him. Honest, tells it like it is.
