Shae Webber is extremely knowledgeable, organized, honest and hardworking. I have been a Real Estate Broker for 15 years in Alberta and am relocating to Vancouver Island. What is most unusual about Shae is that she put aside any personal feelings she might have about more competition coming into her area and handled our acreage purchase with the most highest integrity, ethics and hard work that she could. It takes a considerable amount of self-control and ethics to complete this type of real estate transaction and she did it with grace and cheerfulness. I would highly recommend Shae for any real estate needs you may have. You can depend on her for an honest, well-thought-out, unbiased, intelligent answer. She is very patient and steps up and lets her professional opinion be known about a property when she feels there is an issue with it. She is a complete wealth of information and keeps up-to-date on legal issues, zoning regulations and market conditions. She well-researches title and then actually drives to the location to do even more hands-on research at the municipal office. I have been in the business for 16 years and have dealt with hundreds and hundreds of realtors and Shae Webber is no doubt one of the very best there is. Even speaking with another Vancouver Island realtor about her, I heard only positive things about Shea's professionalism and integrity.
