Shannon Sperle

Shannon is an absolute professional and a cornerstone of the profession. After some bad experiences it was refreshing to find someone who takes her job so seriously and works this hard for her clients. We purchased our home whilst out of Province, she was able to setup all our viewings remotely and before we visited AB for the in-person walk-through. Further, she would not allow us to make a bad decision as she had an insight into our personality and what we were looking for. She is a consummate professional, absolutely trustworthy and more importantly for out-of-province purchasers has personal knowledge into local culture and real-estate law (which differs greatly from Ontario.)
