Sharon was clearly driven by self-interest and the opportunity to make a quick buck (or thousands in our case). Marketing skills were lacking. The presentation of our listing was embarrassing. True colours shown on withdrawal of offer - highly unprofessional comments and clearly not interested in client interests.
