She Needed to get advice from prior realtor that sold marital home in regards how to deal with difficult party. Then confidentiality was breached More then once. I understood how this possibly be the case once I realized she benefited by getting another listing of difficult member (family). If you value an agent based on honesty, confidentiality and ability to deal with difficult situations professionally this is not agent for you. - Sue
