How do addresses work?
Addresses determine your ranking in each city or neighbourhood.
You only get to rank in a city or neighbourhood that you have a rating in.
Why do I need to edit addresses?
Occasionally clients will leave you a rating with the wrong address, or with the neighbourhood missing. To correct such problems and present your track record more accurately, we give you the ability to edit the address for all your ratings.
Will addresses be displayed on the rating?
No, ratings will only display the neighbourhood and city of each rating. We do store the street address associated with each rating. This data is kept private and may be used to verify transactions.
Stacey was excellent with communication and knowledgeability with the property’s shown. I feel I had to put 3 stars with professionalism because when I brought my son, my daughter in law and granddaughter with me to see the house, I felt she was not very friendly towards them and they felt unwelcome and unwanted at the property. Her demeanour towards them was not the same as it was with me prior. Other than that, she was helpful and got the job done with selling the house. But just a word of advice, a buyers family is a part of the journey… not just the immediate buyer. - Virginia
Reply: Thank you for taking the time to speak to me on the phone after making your review. I appreciate you allowing me the opportunity to personally own an oversight, apologize, and clarify that I was happy to have your family present in an exciting time for you all. My oversight was not explaining, in advance, my professional requirement to protect the property and privacy of a seller, even when working with a buyer. Ensuring this means photos/videos can’t be taken by those viewing a house without prior permission from the seller, and that those viewing the house are not wandering the sellers home without the Agent. This oversight of advance explanation resulted in a situation where I needed to convey these requirements during the viewing, but without expectations those explained beforehand, caused some mixed feelings when they were conveyed during the viewing. Again, thank you for discussing with me how I could have done better by setting clear expectations before entering a sellers property instead of in the moment during a viewing. Sharing with me and being willing to provide constructive feedback helps me grow professionally, identify skills to improve, and helps create more enjoyable experiences going forward!
