The services provided by PC275 and Team Stef are EXACTLY the same as those of other brokerages and I would even say that out of all the agents we have ever worked with (between my husband and I we have owned and sold 5 homes) Stefan Kawac is literally the best agent. He truly went above and beyond. We enlisted Stefan's help to sell my father's home as he had passed away.
