Selling your house is a stressful process, let alone wanting to do it remotely from another province in the middle of a pandemic. Stephen and Alicia met with us and explained the process, the steps involved, and how they would help us at each stage. The communication through zoom meetings, text messages, emails and helpful videos that they patiently recorded and sent, kept us informed of what happened at each stage and what to expect next. Stephen and Alicia went above and beyond by helping us make the house ready for possession. Being in another province and with travel restrictions, we were very glad to know that they took care to make sure everything was ready for the new owners, by moving out the remainder of our belongings and ensuring the house was clear and clean. We were very impressed with the quality of their media productions specially with Covid-19 restrictions. They worked with their meticulous media team and managed the social media aspect of the sale process in a very professional and effective way. They introduced us to an excellent legal team, and again used their effective communication skills to ensure all documentation required from us was sent to the lawyers in a timely manner. In looking to buy a home outside of Winnipeg, Alicia and Stephen were very professional and helpful in helping us find the house we were looking for. Then when it came time to put our house on the market they did an exceptional job. The listing was very well done, with great pictures to show off the house to its best. Even before showings were available a video was posted to show that the house would soon be coming to market.  An added bonus was the virtual open house Stephen offered to perspective buyers who wanted to see the house but was unable to for one reason or another. Stephen and Alicia looked after every detail! They looked after even the small details such as hand sanitizer at the door, masks for those who may have forgotten, signs asking visitors to remove their footwear, color printed booklets of the listing, they did not miss a thing. Though it was a stressful time for us, not knowing what to expect during the Covid restrictions, we were really impressed with the way they handled things, keeping us well informed throughout the whole process.
