Steve was very helpful in assisting me in my transaction when selling my house to a friend, as well as helping me find and buy a new place to live. It was difficult at that time, as there wasn't much available in my price range that was suitable. When we found my present home, there turned out to be an undisclosed oil tank on the property, and Steve went out of his way to help me address the issue. He found and arranged for eco removal of the oil remaining in the tank (which we had been told was empty, but we dipped and found that not so), and also removal of the tank and testing of the ground afterwards. He also negotiated with the listing realtor to reduce my expenditure, since what was disclosed in the agreement was inaccurate. At any rate, he was fabulous! Have recommended him to people many times in the years since, and wouldn't hesitate to use him again in the future. - cynthia fox
