Steve Hazout was our realtor and we highly recommend him! He made the process simple and seamless, especially being our first house purchase! Starting off, Steve sat with us to better understand what criteria we were looking for and how he can better help narrow down our search. After better understanding our needs and getting to know us better, he began showing us different homes and sent us various listings for us to review. Additionally, going to open houses with Steve was great! He made it so easy to look for deficiencies in the house, what to be mindful of and things to consider that we didn’t even think of! His house walk throughs were very thorough and meet ups were very accommodating to meet our busy schedule! When finally found our special home, Steve made the final stages super seamless for us. He worked late to ensure everything was done on time and in advanced so we were ahead and had ample time to go through contracts and written agreements. His follow ups phone calls, updates and recommendations were very very much appreciated. Steve made buying a home which is known to be a very stressful process (especially being first time home buyers) very smooth! Emily and I highly recommend Steve Hazout and team to anyone either buying, selling or simply considering getting into the market. We met Steve Hazout from the Dave Elfassy Real Estate Team about 4 years ago. He’s been great all along the journey to find the one we finally purchased. Steve is easy going and pressure free – even while we sat on the fence and hummed and hawed at a prospective showing.
