Steve is the man. Went with him because he was very thorough when showing properties, and I learned a ton from him at each different place we checked out. He pointed out many of the flaws with properties he had listed, not just the good stuff like other realtors tend to do in my experience (many of these things I would have never noticed without him pointing them out). Very glad I met Steve, ended up with an awesome property that I probably wouldn’t gotten without him. Thanks again! - Jesse

Good luck getting a hold of this guy before 2pm if I could have given him a zero I would. Extremely lazy and seemed uninterested in anything but his commission. Lies and gets caught, then argues that he's right! Terrible, DO NOT USE!

Rude, unprofessional, didn't put in effort (ex comparables not similar and told me there were none, I then googled and found some sold within last year in same neighbourhood with same features. He then told me I found the only other house in the neighbourhood (I grew up in for 20 years) with a crawl space. This is the exception not the norm here. Many other examples of being rude to us and buyers and sellers in our transaction, not doing paperwork correctly, putting up sold sign before conditions lifted and more. All documented. Very poor experience and attitude. Would not recommend to anyone.
Run!!! Steve is extremely unprofessional, lazy and will let you over pay for a house that needs alot of work. I would not recommend him to my worse enemy. I am not shocked by the negative comments, true representation of how he is. - Meghan
