Townhome Purchase in Regent, Winnipeg | Feb 2023
I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with the builder's realtor, and it was far from pleasant. Throughout the process, this realtor displayed a level of rudeness and condescension that left me thoroughly disappointed. I sincerely hope to never have to work with them again. Professionalism and courtesy are essential in real estate, and unfortunately, my encounter with this realtor fell short in both respects. - Benjamin

We found Steve to be very knowledgeable about the current property market and in fact all aspects of construction and homes. He put a lot a time and effort into finding us the right property - he was very patient as we looked at a lot of homes! - and with his advice we were totally confident in our purchase. We're surprised to see any negative comments at all - but I guess you can't please everybody. He was the right agent for us and we would use him again! - Susan and Ken

This star rating is a complete pile of BS... unfortunately my wife and I crossed paths with Steve who was constantly late for our appts and always giving us the run around with excuse after excuse because it was the close to the holiday season. At first our realtor seemed normal at the beginning but my wife tells me she did not like the inappropriate stares by making her feel uncomfortabl and just very unprofessional. That’s just the beginning as a newly wed couple buying there first home he sure sucked all the fun out of it and turned what should have been an exciting experience into a complete waste of our time. Above and beyond his lack of compassion towards our budget he left us feeling poor and not worth his time. My advice would strongly be avoid this realator and RUN! - John

If you want an agent who does not help you, come through with promises or communicates – this is your guy. Worst agent EVER! Once we signed he dropped us and we constantly had to follow up with him to get things done. Lacks personality and was truly perturbed when we asked for a home inspection as part of the deal and constantly knocked down things we talked to him about that came up on the inspection. Buying a home is supposed to be an exciting event, but he literally sucked all the life out of the experience. BRUTAL!!!!!! - Anonymous

Steve is not your stereotypical real estate agent who shows up in a blinged-up vehicle with attitude. He is down to earth and a true people person. Hard worker who listens to his customers... there's no smoke in mirrors with Steve... he tells you how it is and is willing to put himself out there to help meet your goals. We've thoroughly enjoyed working with him and would recommend Steve to our family and friends. - anonymous

I'm very surprised to see 5 stars on the reviews !!! I'm sure it's not correctely rated or maybe was done by himself or someone he knows!! I believe this guys shouldn't be in the list of agents ... We had very bad experience with him on baying house and I was told many other families had same bad experience ! Be very curful! my advice from my experience is to not and never deal with this guy! - Sam
If you are buying a house from one of Steve's flippers, BEWARE. There were multiple issues due to cutting corners with the construction. Drywall Ed over the water shutoff for outside, drywalled over doorbell chime, carpeted over the sewer drain clean outs, air conditioner condender drain was not hooked up and was carpeted over. Silicone caulking in bathrooms not done. Venetian blinds are cheapest you can put in. They don't open. Only tilt. Dishwasher was not mounted, 3 out of 5 appliances were not working. Front outdoor light not working and no power to it. Back light broken. Eaves troughs did not have a downspout. Once offer was accepted, he made himself scarce. The conditions on the offer was to have certain things done that were not done at closing. He didn't seem to care until I got angry and threatened legal action. When issues arose after closing we could not get action immediately. We bought through him as the listing agent and it seemed he was only looking after the seller's interests. Nice guy, but very frustrating to deal with. - Sheryl Charleton
