First off, I'm a real person, not one of those fake posters/postings that you run across when you read various Google reviews. Also, I don't receive anything when I write a positive review. I feel when I run across an extraordinary service, I feel that others should be made aware of my experience. So a little background on me. I haven't needed the assistance of a realtor since 1999, yeah I know, a long time ago. Having not followed closely the real estate going-ons for 20+ yrs the guidance of professional help was needed. I met with four different realtors trying to settle on someone who I thought we could trust and guide us with such a large financial transaction. Steven came across as honest, relaxed, and not at all like a typical salesman. *No offense to the other three realtors* Steven also came across as very decisive, able to strategize coherent plans to market the property in various ways ( far better than the other realtors, again no offense ). He has the ability to instantly see different routes to maximize the potential of a property. And boy did he! If we had chosen one of the other realtors I know we wouldn't have gotten as much for the property because the others were looking to list lower, and they didn't have the same ideas to market the property. We sold the property immediately, and well above our asking price. Along the way, Steven ALWAYS answered our questions ASAP, and he gave good advice whenever queried about various home related issues. Lastly, a personal situation unexpectedly came up for Steven when we were just about to put the property on the market. I had the exact same situation happen to me years ago, and I told Steven it would be okay to postpone putting our place up for sale if he needed time to deal with this issue. Steven didn't miss a beat. He handled our business flawlessly without any interruption, even though I would not have faulted him if he needed time to focus on his other issue. This really spoke about Steven's commitment to his clients' needs. All-in-all a very, very, easy, quick, rewarding experience we had dealing with Steven. I wholeheartedly would recommend having Steven Tse as your realtor. - Ron W
