Sue is absolutely amazing! If you’re looking for an exceptional realtor, Sue is definitely the one you’re looking for. Two things you should know from the outset - first is that Sue’s main focus is the right outcome for her client, not a big deposit in her bank account, and second, that Sue knows the real estate market better than anyone. When I listed my condo for sale in a downturned market, I contacted four real estate firms. The first realtor gave me an unrealistically inflated selling price over the phone. The next two realtors walked through the condo and recommended selling prices that considerably undervalued the fully renovated condo, obviously anticipating a quick sale. Then Sue came in, radiating a warmth and confidence that immediately made me feel like I was welcoming a friend into my home. After a thorough walk-through, Sue sat down with pen, paper, facts and figures, and calculated what she believed to be a fair and reasonable selling price. The number she came up with was exactly the number I had been thinking of! After listing with Sue, she checked in regularly, both with updates from showings and also to see how I was making out with my preparations to move. Still recovering from an accident, my progress was limited. Sue quickly volunteered her time to help with the packing. Additionally, she drove me around to gather packing boxes and she helped load and unload boxes in and out of my car that I couldn’t manage myself for delivery to a shelter. After I vacated my condo, Sue picked up and delivered a load that I hadn’t had time to deliver myself before I left. Although the showings were few due to the flat market at the time, Sue never suggested that we drop the price for a quick sale. She was confident that the unit was priced right. Her judgement of the market was totally on target and the condo sold at very close to the listed price! Right to the very end, Sue continued to make extraordinary efforts on my behalf. She personally drove me to the Notary to ensure that the final details of the closing were complete and correct.
