If you want someone who lacks attention to detail, lacks ownership when the ball gets dropped, and only is interested in her own personal gain, then Susan is your real estate unprofessional. Susan puts on a warm and caring act up until the purchase agreement is signed, then her personality flips a 180. If you want constant communication on your build, good luck (the same is true of Jerry Torczon and Crew/BHI/Woodland Homes--RUN AWAY if you are considering Hancock/BHI). If you want someone who truly wants to work FOR you, good luck. Susan is looking for the uninformed new construction buyer who just goes along with the bull$hit she will try laying on thick. If she disagrees with you on anything, you will have the WORST experience working with her as she has a "my way or the highway" mentality. Overall, her customer service sucks, her attention to detail sucks, her follow through sucks. The best adjective to describe her rhymes with "ditch". Contact had numerous dates including from 2022. She represented herself as doing everything under NPDODGE including estate sale. Said she could take care of everything. Have numerous witnesses. The estate sale was June 9th 2023. She had not responded to emails or given a list of items sold and no money from the estate sale has been send to the property owners. - Sandra Gaube, Trustee
