We have bought and sold 16 plus homes in many places and have had many realtors to handle our transactions. I can honestly say we have never had a realtor who went above and beyond like Suzanne did for us! It gives me great pleasure to write this review for Suzanne Anderson, who was my realtor for selling my house on Blackburn Drive, Parsons North in Fort McMurray. I had previous experience with her as well for selling my previous two homes, however this time, when the market is inclined towards buyer and not many buyers are available, she acted very professionally, with her knowledge and experience, to sell my property within a month of listing in a reasonable market price. I would greatly appreciate her skills of competency and negotiations during the process of marketing. Her response to any question and query was immediate even after the working hours. I don't even know what to say, I feel that Thank You isn't enough for all the work Suzanne had put in for us these past two months. From people looking at a house we didn't love, to her commitment in finding us a home. Late, text - emails, going above and beyond to ensure the deal didn't fall apart from the home inspection. It's someone like Suzanne that I would recommend over and over to people and when we sell in 5 or more years we already know who we will contact for that.
