We want to acknowledge Svetlana for exeptional service and help in selling our house. Svetlana is very professional and easy to work with. We were selling house remotely and were very nervous of the work and stress that we can encounter, but her extensive knowledge for the market and processes helped to close the transaction very quick and flawless. Svetlana provide us with all analysis and answered all the questions we had about the process and nessessary steps. She was guiding us all the way and communication was quick and easy. She was available on the phone 24/7 and was answering the questions immediately. Svetlana had prepared our house for showing and went way beyond our expectation to clean and repair it. She was able to put house on the market in record time. She has very strong negotiating skills and was able to achieved the best result for us. We are very happy with the service and strongly recommend her to anybody. We would give her 15 out of 10 if we can. We felt that we were working with our best friend then the agent. It's been over six years of not looking back in working with Lana, and I've kept returning to her for guidance even after moving to Quebec.
