She should retire, I met with her and in my opinion she just doesn't care, so I found a different realtor.

Would not use her again, it sure didn't feel like she had out interests at heart. Find a independent inspector too, don't use one she recommends they are just padding each others pocket and not looking out for the client.

Standard realtor tricks, show you a dumpy old run down house priced too high, thinking you'll buy the next house you see. Too much like a car sales person. Take your time find a sincere realtor that gives you a good vibe.

Find another realtor, this lady was hyper, impatient, and only cares about her bottom line. Try Rob Mcintyre he is helpful and sold my house without the clown act.

Tannis expects you to buy the first or second house you see on the first day of looking. Very clear she doesn't care about clients. We ended up looking at about 10 houses and bought one, but she was really un grateful and didn't even give us a house warming gift. Find another realitor this one is terrible.
