Tanya did an amazing job helping us buy our house in Spruce Grove! As we both work on the road, there were many challenges that came along with trying to view houses as they came onto the market. With very short notice availability for us to see properties, Tanya always made it work to book appointments for viewing! Travelling to multiple locations in Devon, Stony Plain and Spruce Grove. Tanya was very good at seeing the potential in properties and/or seeing what work may have to be done! That helped a lot in knowing we were making the right decision if we chose to put in an offer or not. Once we wanted to put in an offer on a property, Tanya took her time to sit down with us and communicate all the aspects of the offer contract. Understanding all of the conditions and information on the contract was very settling! Once our contract was accepted, she was very good at communicating all the transfers of information for the lawyers and the other real estate agent. Tanya was realtor to purchase a home in September. We started working together Awhile before that and she was very patient with my as my schedule pulled me out of town regularly.
