Pre-approval happened in a matter of days, even though I have a complicated employment situation. Tatiana was able to secure the lowest rate on the market and got a better one right before the deal was finalized. She guided me during the signing of the documents and explained all the nuances. Tatiana also coordinated everything with my agent and the seller of the property, which made the whole process super quick and smooth. Tatiana is highly knowledgeable and professional. Tatiana is a great mortgage broker. We have reached out to her after our bank did not approve us for the mortgage and we lost a great offer on the house that we wanted to buy. Not only Tatiana got us approved but it was for a lower rate than what the bank was originally advertising to us! Tatiana is very diligent and professional.
