We bought empty farm land and we were impressed with the knowledge Terri had of the area and the information she provided concerning downpayment required, options for financing, and HST concerns if land was used as part of a business by previous farmer. Would call Terri again if we decide to look for additional land in the future.

Terri helped us by listing & selling our home then we bought a house through her as well.
