Terry Summerhays

Terry handled an estate sale for us and to say it went smoothly would be an understatement. Terry was always available when we had questions and followed through with everything he promised. We would definitely use Terry Summerhays again. - Rick Shantz

Terry and Shane were both fantastic to work with on the sale of our first home and purchase of our next home. They were both very patient with our timeline and invested considerable hours and effort into selling our home including showings, open houses, and contact with other realtors and their potential buyers. Terry has significant experience in the local Brantford market and is well known to be a great person to deal with by other local realtors. Terry's team also puts on multiple events for his clients throughout the year as well as supporting local sports teams and organizations. Highly highly recommend! - Thomas Deklerk
