After stumbling on a ad for a new developement in 2020 i quickly had an accepted offer on a condo. A family memeber recommended i ask Todd to work with me, so i did. Todd invited me to look at a few other options, we ended up collapsing my accepted offer last minute and Todd found me a much better deal.
