We contracted with Todd to sell our two-bedroom condo in Pitt Meadows, and to assist us in our search for a larger townhouse in Maple Ridge. The market was slow, and Todd warned us about what we already knew: that if we were looking for a fast sale, we’d have to price our home realistically. He took us to see many potential homes, some of which we had identified and others which he found himself. It was Todd who found what is set to become our new home, and we couldn’t be happier with it. We enjoyed every hour we spent with Todd. He is a warm, bright and experienced realtor who knows all the tricks to help his clients sell their homes, and his input during our search for a new home was invaluable.
