While I didn't end up with the property I wanted it wasn't anything to do with Todd, in fact Todd went the extra mile to advocate for us. Unfortunately my daughter was too young for the complex. Todd persisted because he knew how much we wanted the condo. I bought in another area for the time being but will absolutely be looking to Todd when the time is right.
