Tried to purchase a new build that Mr. Roach was the builder agent. Claimed they were no longer for sale, state the builder family had reserved them. Found out that Mr. Roach and colleague bought them up, and are now flipping them for $100,000 more. So much for affordable house plan. Very slippery and dishonest person. - Pat
