We were looking for a house in the Comox Valley and called a few realtors that did not take our house hunting seriously. We then researched many local realtors online. Travis had great reviews so we decided to give him a shot. He was night and day from the first few realtors we tried! His responses were quick and he lined up viewings immediately. The quality information he provided us on each property reflected his many years of experience. This allowed us to look over many properties and find the best fit for us. Btw...we love our new home! Travis was excellent throughout the negotiation process. He had a knack for keeping everybody calm and getting great value for us in this crazy market. I believe this is because he really knows what he is doing. If you are looking for a down to earth, genuine, straight shooter that does meticulous paperwork and and makes himself available. I would recommend giving Travis Nelson a call! But be a little bit careful. My wife now wants me to get cologne so I smell as cool as Travis... that is the only small issue with Travis. - Bruce
