Trever Florko did an amazing job in selling my mom's house. He was very knowledgeable on sales trends in the area and did a lot of homework before we met for the first time. Trever had many good suggestions on which house repairs were important to have completed before listing the property and I believe that that played a big part in the speed of the sale. This was a more involved transaction, given that there were four names on the title of the property - mom's, mine and my two sisters. I acted as Power of Attorney for my mom and one of my sisters lives out of province but the sale and signing of documents was seamless. We had a full price offer on the first day of listing and could not have been happier. I feel that the list price was slightly above what we could have expected, so that made it even better. I was referred to Trever Florko by my mortgage broker, Steve Dyment. It was nice knowing that they had worked together before and would therefore make for a hopefully smooth functioning team.
