He got double commission working with us. He was the listing agent for the sale of our home and was the agent we used to buy the new home that I found without his assistance. I relied on MLS listings and driving around neighbourhoods to find all of the houses we looked at. I was given no help with resources or input. On the day we took possession of our new home, he didn't even bother to deliver the keys to us. I had to go pick them up myself. And when the possession date had closed, I never heard from him again.
