We have used Ty twice now. First a few years ago when we we just looking to get a house quick and again just recently when we sold ours and bought another. He tells us like it is. No playing around. Priced our house perfect got more then we wanted and sold in a day. Guided with the home inspection on the places we bought with him telling us not go get one rightfully. He is honest and to the point which I am sure some don't like but was great for us! We don't like people just saying what we want to hear. We would use him again. - Jeff Price

Has no respect for his client. Was very rude when I disagreed with him and this involves my property and my money. He is conceited and arraogant and refuses to account for expenses incidental to a job.Money seems to be more important to him than client satisfaction. A professional bully at best. - SMA
