Jeff Blackham and Tyler Little from Keller Williams are amazing! We have bought and sold several times over the last few years in Cambridge Ontario and recently decided to try them out to sell our renovated home. Together they make an amazing team of volume and finesse. The property was marketed well, with a great video, posted in multiple real estate boards and social media for maximum visibility. We couldn’t be happier with the results of the sale of our home. We had over 100 showings in 1 week, 14 offers, and sold well over asking. They met and exceeded all of our expectations and I would recommend them to anyone. My main piece of advise would be to let them take the lead with pricing and marketing.
