Tyler met with us at our home several times and advised us of what to expect in today’s market and left us with zero questions/concerns about selling our home with him. Tyler, truly goes above and beyond to ensure that you will feel confident that your best interests are his top priority from start to finish. Tyler, began working before we even committed to selling with him! Ensuring that he got drone photo’s early on when the weather was still nice in the event that we did decide to use a realtor as we had contemplated selling on our own. After seeing all the time, he invested with that as well as answering questions we had throughout there was no question that we would be far better off using Tyler, then trying to go solo! Tyler checked in a few times to see if there was anything else he could help us with. He reviewed paperwork with us step-by-step. He walked us through getting our home ready to sell and once he committed, he took the reins and we had full confidence that our home/our interests were in the very best hands. We left for the week of showings to a cabin and relaxed while Tyler worked his incredible magic doing videos and marketing and meeting people for showings. He truly cares and if you want to get the purchase price you are hoping for then you should choose Tyler! You won’t be disappointed! If you are looking to sell a home than Tyler is your guy!
