Mr. Vijay simplified the whole home buying experience for us as a first time home buyer and made us feel comfortable at every step. He was very patient while listening to our never ending curious questions and requirements for home and showed listings that fully satisfied our needs. He gave us a lot of expert feedback regarding market and neighborhood while showing listings and never hurried us to make hasty decisions, however, he was super efficient and quick in closing the deal when we decided to put an offer. Overall, we are very pleased with our home that Vijay helped us to buy. I highly recommend him to anyone who is planning on buying/selling home in GTA. - Ajith

Vijay Aivalli is a perfect agent. He understands requirements precisely and offers helpful hints. He is trustworthy and friendly. He has knowledge of how system works and what is needed to clinch a deal. Never in a hurry but does not miss all relevant points. He listens to others and takes care not to hurt sentiments of his clients though he himself may not be into it. I recommend him. - Tejas
Ignored the guidelines set forth while showing a tenanted property. Instructions were posted on the listing and door! Entered unit unmasked, did not remove shoes and used the washroom (#2) without permission, citing a medical condition when met with the tenant. Condos have washrooms for use on Ground level. If this guy had any decorum, he'd know as a real estate agent such behaviour is unacceptable. Tenant is immunocompromised and was uncomfortable during the interaction. - LW
