I recently discovered that Mr. Vikas Gondia is a realtor, and I wanted to share my experience working with him to help potential clients make informed decisions. I was interested in purchasing an item from an online website and offered a price, which he accepted. He then provided an address for us to meet. Upon arrival, I realized the address was fake. When I contacted him, he explained that he gave the fake address because he didn't like my offered price. This experience was frustrating, especially since I had driven 20 minutes at night to reach the location. Mr. Vikas Gondia could have simply declined my offer or ignored my message, but instead, he chose to mislead me. This review is not written out of revenge but to share my experience so that prospective clients can better understand his approach. Trust, honesty, and integrity are crucial in real estate, and my encounter with Mr. Vikas Gondia left me questioning these qualities in him. - Hamed
