We had the pleasure recently of using Wade as our real estate agent in the purchase of our home. He was very knowledgeable about our local market and did a great job explaining to us the current market conditions we were facing as buyers. He did an excellent job sending us listings on a regular basis as he was watching for us everyday until our home finally came on the market. It was a wonderful experience and we appreciate his professionalism and the team of professionals he has working along side him particularly the lawyer and home inspector that he referred us to. If you are looking for a great agent who will treat you right and listen to what you are asking for in a home purchase then I would strongly recommend Wade.
