he mandate of the Dream Factory is to provide the opportunity and means to fulfill the favourite dream of a child with a life-threatening illness, who is less than eighteen years of age and who resides in Manitoba. The Dream Factory when fulfilling a child's dream follows these guidelines: To grant the request of every eligible child To ensure the dream is in the best interest of the child To include the child's immediate family in the dream To fulfill the dream outside of a hospital environment To maintain the dignity of our dream children and their families any publicity done featuring our dream children and their families is done with their complete consent. However, there is no obligation placed on the family to participate in any publicity.
